Of course! Just Spiffy is a completely "client funded" business, meaning that we have never had to take out business loans or borrow money to keep our business open and running. Success was achieved from the moment we brought our company online, and it continues to grow.

How did you come up with your company name?
The phrase "Just Spiffy" fits my outlook on life, and my personality, so what better name for my company?

How do you create your pricing structure and give estimates?
We've been providing web design services to a wide variety of clients for over five years. Our target market has always been small to medium sized businesses. The goal is to offer high quality web design and development services at prices that the "little guy" can afford. Our prices have increased slowly over the years as the market conditions have changed. When we price a project, we consider many things such as the scope of the project, special services required, our client's level of involvement, complexity, deadlines, market conditions, etc. There is no magic formula that provides our pricing. Estimates are provided based on the project details, however, we advise our clients that additional fees can and may be incurred as the project unfolds - simply because neither you nor I are aware at the beginning of the depth of the project. Of course, we will always advise you if a request is going to add on to the project cost upfront.

Do you offer an unconditional money back guarantee?
As much as we would like to, we are unable to offer unconditional money back guarantees. This is not because we are unsure of the quality of services that we provide, it is simply because our company is so small. Every new project we sign on means that there is another project out there that we were unable to take on, or that we had to set up for a future date - therefore, each project is important to the continued operations of our business. Furthermore, we have had years of experience in web design and have worked with many different types of people. We have learned the hard way that our terms of service must be enforced and signed contracts are non-negotiable.

We do offer free mock ups to our potential customers. We feel that offering this service helps you to get to know us better, and also feel more comfortable hiring us on to work on your project.

Do you guarantee your services?
Of course. We guarantee that your website will be fully functioning without errors upon delivery. To ensure your new site gets off to a great start we include a free 30 days of free maintenance and support with every full website and ecommerce development project.

I've never had a website - How do I proceed?
Our goal is to make the process of developing your website a fun and rewarding one. We try to do as much for you as possible, and are happy to teach you a few things along the way about the web. However, we've found that many potential web site owners are startled to find out just how much work is involved on their end. Therefore, we've put together a questionnaire for our customers to help you get started with thinking about you project needs and gathering the necessary information needed to make the project a successful one. We have a whole page that details the process from beginning to end called our design process.

Do you offer support?
Definately! We offer free technical support to our clients - meaning that if you email us or call us for some instructions or basic technical advice, there is absolutely no charge.

Website support includes making changes to your website upon request, fixing elements of code that have been altered, designing custom graphics, etc. We offer monthly maintenance packages to meet your needs, or we can work with you to develop a plan that fits your unique needs.

What are your payment terms, and will you consider forms of payment in an exchange of goods rather than money?

In the past we have been lenient with our payment terms and have often accepted a trade of goods or a barter in exchange for our services. Unfortunately we will no longer negotiate terms of payment. However, we will be happy to set up a payment arrangement that works within your budget. Please note that due to the charges we incurr each time we accept a payment, your overall total cost may end up being more in the long run.
